Tour of the mill and lunch in the cave
A fairy-tale journey in a Sicily lost in time
The programme includes the visit to the water mill and lunch, including products prepared with the use of our whole wheat flours by La Timpa and ingredients from local farms.

Appetizer: bruschette and bread or breadstick of our production, tasting of two different kinds of Sicilian cheeses, olives and dry tomatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables or salad, two different kind of “scacce” or two different kind of pizza or the appetizer of the chef, based on the chef’s creativity and seasonal availability of the products;
Main course: dried pasta, bronze drawn, of our production prepared with traditional and seasonal ingredients;
- Dessert: traditional homemade dessert;
- Wine: a glass of red or white Sicilian wines;
- Time: 2 ½ hours
