INFORMATION SHEET ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We inform you that the information that you voluntarily give through this contact form will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, “Code for the protection of personal data”.

Said information will be transformed into an e-mail message that can be saved within the email receipt system used by the Holder of the processing or eventually transformed into paper form.

1. Purposes of the data processing

1A) Information sent by you will be used for the purpose of contacting you again by telephone and/or e-mail to process the requests made in the message sent by you;
1B) The transmission of future commercial initiatives, announcements of new services, sending advertising material and communications by us or by our sales network and also through the use of automated calls systems or electronic methods such as SMS, e-mail and social networks.

2. The nature of the data processed and the method of processing

The personal information processed will only be that supplied by you at the moment of filling in and sending the contact form (Name, surname, e-mail address and any other information that you put into the “your message” field).
The processing of this information will be undertaken by personnel authorized in writing by the Manager of Data Processing.

3. Optional data transfer

Transferring data for the purposes outlined in point 1A) is optional. Nonetheless, refusal of the transfer will make it impossible to send the contact form and therefore to be contacted again by our company.
Transferring data for the purposes outlined in point 1B) is optional and there are no consequences in the case of your refusal.

4. Holder of the processing

The Holder of the processing is La Timpa di Piccitto Salvatore, IVA number 01559630882, in the person of the manager of Data Processing, Piccitto Salvatore. who is responsible for the rights according to Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

5. The rights of interested parties

Art. 7. Direct access to personal information and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning it, even if it has not been recorded and to their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on the following:
a) the original of personal information;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing through the use of electronic tools;
d) the details identifying the holder, the persons responsible and the designated representatives in accordance to clause 2 of Article 5;
e) the subjects or the category of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated or that could come to know about it such as the designated representative in the territory of the State and of those responsible or in charge.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, correction or adding to the information if interested;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking information that infringes the law, including the information that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which the information was gathered or subsequently processed;
c) the statement that the operations according to points a( and b) have been advised, also in regards to their contents, to whom the data was communicated or sent, except when such an undertaking is impossible or the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate purposes the processes of the personal data concerning the party, as well as pertaining to the purpose of its collection;
b) the processing of personal information that concerns the sending of advertising material, direct sales, for market research or commercial communications.
