Cooking Scaccia

Classic and Gourmet Focaccia ragusana. The traditional recipe of focaccia with the use of our ancient grain flours produced by La Timpa.

Programme:

  • Show cooking of the three different kind of focaccia, with tomato and Ragusano PDO cheese, with vegetables and the tomasino gourmet.
  • Visit to the Water mill
  • Aperitif: tasting of bruschette with evo and Sicilian aromas, two different kind of Sicilian cheeses, olives, dry tomatoes and a glass of wine;
  • Tasting of focacce
  • Wine: a glass of red or white Sicilian wines
  • Dessert: lemon or almond blancmange or ricotta mousse or other types of homemade desserts, such as tarts and homemade cakes
  • Time: 2 hours
